1. All requests for program cancellations must be made in writing.

2. There will be no non-medical cancellations given after the third lesson of a session. Medical cancellations must be supported by a doctors note.

3. Cancellations made between the time of registration and the third lesson are subject to an administration fee of $50 and fees for lessons elapsed.

4. The remaining amount will be credited to your childs Aquaventures account and cannot be redeemed for cash.
